I'm back!

As you may see, I have been inactive for about 4 months. I am going to try and start working on Nan0hail again, and try to be more active. I already started on a big Nan0hail update, but there is no ETA on that update. If you have any questions, please email me: thedestinybox@gmail.com

  5. Hmmm. There are lots of korean users... I'm korean, too.
Hope this update makes nan0hail install custom apps on my nano 6th. and also the tweaks store.
In the next update, the icon will change.

  8. To everybody hoping for things like video support and real apps, Nan0hail really doesn't do much to the iPod other than edit a few text files. All of the tweaks that Nan0hail has can be replicated simply by putting your iPod in disk mode and editing the necessary files on the iPod. its more of an automated text editor than a jailbreak utility...sorry to disappoint people but it's true

  9. I don't care only thing i want with ipod nano 6g is to theme like ios7, ipod simply is too primitive to do anything more complex. But skins are the way to enhance that tiny device and create them more personal.

  10. I am also another nano 6th gen user that is wanting an ios7 theme. Can u make nan0hail modify the icon resources and use ios7 images instead? It seems like that may be relatively easy/simple.

  14. Now that we know the Apple watch is shit that can't operate on its own. You HAVE to get back on this project! It's the only stand alone watch/music player storing files on the device!

  15. I also hope this project doesn't lose traction.

3 Main things i would like to see.

1 A way to take text notes
2 A way to tag songs using just the headphones
3 (And i say this reluctantly because i don't want people thinking im storing explicit content on my nano) A way to lock the entire device with a passcode or hide sensitive files but still keep them accessible without needing a pc to change anything in order to view them again.

  16. Sad how absolutely dead this forum is... :( I had really high hopes.

  17. Hi, I'm continuing this project myself, if you ever do come back to it, please let me know!
I am currently working on the iPod Nano 7G aspect of this software as that device is more useful to me but if anyone wants me to add stuff to the iPod Nano 6G, I can do that.
Regarding iPod 6G video: In short; no. The screen is much to small for it to be practical anyway.

  21. Any chance that this is still somewhat active? Really interested in hacking the nano 7g, or at least just a custom wallpaper. What would be really nice is to see some kind of rockbox or something running on it

  22. I hope you revise this project. Your efforts are literally making me want to buy a 7g nano just to use Nan0Hail.
