Alright, so, I used version 220.127.116.11 on my nano. It started glitching so i did a hard reboot. Now whenever i pug in it, itunes tell me i need to restore, it, but then cant withh error 1439. It either gets stuck in disk mode or DFU mode, there is nothing on the memory of it in my computer, it shows the ipod as an empty storage device. If i didn't have a warranty i'd be screwed. but apple agreed to replace it since the error is unknown and the techies at the apple store couldn't even find or get into the firmware on it. I suppor what you're doing, but find out why I had these problems, please, cuz now i gotta wait 3 weeks for my paycheck to i can pay $75 for a brand new replacement.
To clarify, my computer means in windows explorer, and it's on v 1.2 PC firmware. 16 GB iPod nano product red, owned for about 5 months, came shipped with firmware 1.2 preinstalled
Just wondering what features to I get out of jail breaking or is it just proof of concept
