Nan0hail Source Code on GitHub

I have received some requests to put up the Nan0hail source code project on GitHub. I have done so and it is now up on Github! Feel free to snoop around and see how Nan0hail got developed :)

This update of Nan0hail now supports the iPod Nano 7G!

Changes:
- Now supports iPod Nano 7G! (Although tweaks do not work as of yet, but mostly everything else works)
- Finds your iPod Nano the proper way
- Can now only connect to iPod Nano 6G and 7G devices
- Nan0hail can now find you iPod Nano 6G and 7G in DFU mode
- Fixes bug in advanced edit mode where it wouldn't tell you to reboot
- Fully fixes bug when getting an error while opening backup/restore or the Tweak Dev
- Some Improvements
